Wednesdays at Nayland Village Hall 👶🏼🌿

I love teaching these wonderful mummies every Wednesday, they brighten my day starting with the older babies in Crawling Yoga and finishing with the tiniest bubbas for our Massage & Reflexology class 🥰

Disneyland Paris 🩵🤍

We’ve had the most magical Easter holidays with a birthday trip to Disney 🐭

We managed to go into the new World of Frozen which my girls LOVED until meeting Elsa and Anna (Lillies face shows how she felt 😂) but Eloise was absolutely in her element!

Becoming a new mum is a beautiful, life-changing experience-but let's be real, it's also tough 🤱🏽

The sleepless nights, constant feeding, and trying to find your new rhythm can feel overwhelming at times. But here's the truth: you're not alone! 🩷

The support of a mum community has been a game-changer for me. Whether it's sharing tips, venting about the challenges, or celebrating those small wins, having other mums around you makes the journey so much easier.

There's strength in knowing that someone else gets it-the exhaustion, the joy, and everything in between.

If you're a new mum feeling a little lost or like you're not doing enough, remember: You are enough. And having a supportive group to lean on makes all the difference!

So let's continue to lift each other up, share the highs and lows, and remind each other that we're all doing our best 🫶🏼
