If you’ve been questioning your drinking…If you’re tired of starting over…If you keep telling yourself “next week”…
This is your moment.
You don’t need more willpower. You need support that meets you in real life — in the craving, in the spiral, in the quiet moments no one sees.
I created my private podcast series Permission to Pause… for exactly that.
When you want a drink. When you feel overwhelmed. When you’re doubting yourself. When you need a steady voice reminding you who you are.
It’s like having a sober coach in your ear — privately.
No pressure.No shame.Just support.

I’m honored to be nominated for Coach of the Year by a community that is elevating alcohol-free spaces and celebrating leaders in this movement. 🏆
Now I’m asking for your vote.
Here’s why it matters:
When you vote for me, you’re not just voting for a person.
You’re voting for:
✨ More women getting support to change their relationship with alcohol
✨ More accessible sober coaching and community spaces
✨ A louder, stronger voice for alcohol-free living
✨ A future where women don’t have to struggle in silence

My clients are transforming their health, confidence, families, and careers. The results are real. The testimonials are real. The ripple effect is real.

This recognition would amplify that impact. It would help me reach more women who are quietly searching for support. It would strengthen this movement. It would shape what the future of sober coaching looks like.
If this work has impacted you, or someone you love, I would be so grateful for your vote.
You only need to vote for who you know and believe in. You can skip the rest.

👉🏼Coach of the Year is Question #4.
Thank you for being part of this mission.Thank you for helping shape the future.
Vote Heather Lowe. 🗳️https://www.thesansbar.com/sba-2026-awards-finalists

We had the best Ditched the Drink Galentine’s party 💖 (The World’s First Greeting Card Bar!) last weekend.
Insiders, friends, and sober curious women showed up to connect with each other and themselves.
Kate shared , and I shared NA wine tasting 🍷🥂🍾 followed by writing love letters to ourselves 💌 complete with wax seal to be sent back in 6 months. 📫 Of course I had a sweet over the top double decker charcuterie board.
Initial feedback says everyone wanted more and more connection. 💞Subscribe to my newsletter for upcoming opportunities. 🗞️

Thanks to community support, I was honored by AFTER Magazine with multiple awards, including #1 Most Influential Person.

I started Ditched the Drink at 18 months sober. I had nothing but a dare to dream, the audacity of hope, and a supportive husband (best busines and life asset!)

I invested in the best Recovery Coach Training and technology before I had a paycheck.

I was determined to provide my future clients with the very best experience and results.

My first webinar had zero attendees. I went through the whole thing with no one but myself, shaking and scared on camera.

I sent weekly newsletters to myself. I asked my best friends if I could add them to my list, and they said yes, and then at least one unsubscribed with no explanation (biggest heartbreak).

My mom was my first sale and my first student. She bought my digital course within minutes of launching (best cheerleader)

This week, I celebrate 8 years sober.

This year, Ditched the Drink will be 7 years old.

I have been in the roles of founder, coach, and CEO at Ditched the Drink longer than my three previous positions combined.
(a personal victory lap).

What began as personal healing has become community.

It’s the honor of a lifetime to witness my clients’ inner growth, transformation, healing from the past, and creating a new future for themselves. I wake up excited every single day that I get to do this job.

I am so grateful for everyone who’s listened, read, invested, shared, joined, voted, purchased, or quietly believed in me and my mission.

I am so proud to call the other winners my partners and friends. We do nothing alone, and we’re changing the conversation around alcohol together.
