Food, Energy, and Consciousness: Nourishment Beyond Calories

Cooked grains and legumes sustain life, but they are dehydrating and taxing on your system. Sprouting can release their energy and reduce antinutrients which in its turn prevents the buildup of metabolic waste that can turn into toxic substances. 🌾
But true nourishment goes beyond food. Prana, consciousness, and metabolic mode determine how life force is absorbed and used. Raw, vibrant foods and energy practices like meditation, yoga, and pranayama allow your body to thrive in a higher, alkaline metabolism, free of residue and toxins. 🕉
Our bodies hold the potential to become sustained by pure energy, gradually reducing dependence on food through a dedicated, conscious process, supported by deep energy practices.
