💬As humans, we have a few things in common. Aside from the seed of the soul within, One Consciousness that unites us all, we also need love. We need food, water, safety and shelter. And, we have an addiction to thinking. We really do.
We have an addiction to thinking. It only takes seconds after the eyes open from night sleep for the mind to begin going. Perhaps it’s soft and subtle, or maybe loud and dictatorial. In any case, by the time you’ve traveled from bed to washroom, most likely, you’ve already been swept away in thoughts. Without sharp awareness, this hypnosis carries on throughout the entire day, into the night, and repeats again in the morning.

🧘🧘‍♀️It is for this reason that spiritual practices and meditation are so, so important. Without this devotion to having some kind of (heart) control over the mind, we cannot understand how to live in our natural state, which is presence. By this point, I have had For hours thoughts that pass by, like clouds in the sky, but there’s no attention paid to them. They’re just there, like everything else in the physical world, just there.

I couldn’t have been further away from this over the past week as the old patterns re-surfaced and the thoughts ran.

UNFORTUNATELY IT IS RAINING HERE....BUT TODAY IS THE FULL BLOOD MOON LUNAR ECLIPSE IN PISCES 🌕 I can feel the magic pulsing through everything. 🌕

What an honor to share space with such beautiful souls, opening our hearts and aligning with the powerful cosmic energies flowing through. The insights, the peace, and the collective vibration were truly something special.
