Welcome to the AHL Healthcare Group official page! Incorporated in 2012, AHL Healthcare Group was formed to act as a parent company for At Home Living, BRIDGES to Success, and Wesley Residence of Duluth, MN. As new opportunities presented themselves and services were diversified, Chris Priley created an umbrella group to house each licensed entity. AHL Healthcare Group today employs more than 250 staff and serves over 175 adults of all different ages, backgrounds, and disabilities. However, each division holds the same values which are:
• All services will be offered and run in a profitable manner
• We will strive for 100% compliance with licensing and employment law regulations
• We will ensure our facilities look and feel like a home we would want for ourselves or a loved one.
• We will employ educated staff; providing training, support and resources to further their knowledge and promote confidence in their delivery of service.
• We will structure services to help those we serve lead active, healthy and meaningful lives of their choice.
• We will ensure our residents are respected and cared for as individual people.
• We will serve people in the least restrictive environment appropriate for their need
• We will strive to maintain a positive image by giving back to the community
• We will promote an environment where employees feel appreciated and enjoy working

Tarlisha, an individual living at our Candlewick Home, recently celebrated her birthday! She decided to go out to Chili's Grill & Bar and had some delicious food and a (virgin) margarita! It was a day well spent.

Shyla (pictures on the right), a staff member at our Garden Terrace Assisted Living, was selected as our Assisted Living Employee of the Month! Below is the nomination she received:

"Shyla has not been with AHL long, but has been a huge asset here. Shyla picks up shifts, has a bright and cheerful persona, completes all tasks given and shows her care towards the residents every time she works. The residents find laughter and joy when she is here. We are all so grateful to have Shyla on our team! Thanks for all you do!"

Meet Richard! Richard resides at our 3rd Street Home in Litchfield, MN. He's all smiles! 😁

Richard loves to go and spend his time on the lanes. Can't beat a day out bowling! 🎳

Richard enjoys watching football 🏈! He genuinely enjoys the game and doesn't have a favorite team.

If Richard had one superpower, he'd choose to be invisible! He says he'd like to be able to go wherever he wanted unnoticed.

Richard is a great fit at our 3rd Street Home! We're lucky to have him as part of the house.

Help us wish our Metro West CRS Director of Services, Tia, a big happy birthday (it is this weekend 😁)!

Today during a manager training, the Metro West House Supervisors decided to each make Tia a cake! Meaning she received 12 different cakes 😋🎂! Such a fun idea from a very caring group. You can see by the excitement in Tia's face that she's ready to dive in!

Meet John! John lives at our Afton Home located in Afton, MN.

John loves to play card games. He's known as a professional shuffler and dealer!

If John had to pick one food item to eat, he'd go with mashed potatoes and gravy.

John is a die hard Minnesota Wild fan! Go Wild!

If John had a superpower, he'd be a professional wrestler! He's go by "Johnny G!" He doesn't miss a local amateur fight. He has a dream to one day go to a WWE fight! Johnny lights up when someone tells him, "JOHNNY G SHOW ME YOUR GUNS ON THE TOP ROPE!" 😁😁😁

Johnny is the best and we're fortunate to have him living with us.
