Cancellation and 'no show policy'

Hi all,

Appointments booked are reserved for your individual needs. Therefore I kindly ask of you are not able to make your appointment or wish to reschedule, you notify me or the salon 24hrs prior to appointment.

Late cancellation and 'no show' appointments cost time and money. Therefore if less then 24hrs notice is given, 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. No future appointments will be booked until the fee is paid. Fees can be made through bank transfer or cash.

I completely understand things can happen last minute and can assure you that I will be sympathetic in certain circumstances.

I would like to thank you all for your continued support and thank you for understanding.

Well what a week it has been. First week back in the shop . Its been hectic, late nights but so worth it. Very grateful to be back doing what I love.

Would like to thank all my wonderful clients for your continued support over the last year.

Hi everyone, just a quick message to say I hope all my wonderful clients an their families are safe and well.

To inform people who dont already know I'm unable to work from the salon at present following the current restrictions. This is because we have multiple services under one roof, we are not classed as a a clinc. Due to insurance purposes we are not covered under these circumstances. The shop will remain closed until further notice.

However I am able to offer emergency appointments at your home if you require. Relevant PPE will be worn as always and strict hygiene measures will continue.

Please feel free to contact me or PM of you have any questions or require an emergency appointment.

Few guidelines to follow:

▪︎ Please reschedule if you have been unwell in the last 14 days or are currently unwell, or have been around someone who is ill.
▪︎Please arrive at your appointment on time (not early, not late)
▪︎ Please use the hand sanitiser provided on arrival or bring your own
▪︎Wear a mask, unless you are exempt (masks provided £1 charge) we will have visors on.
▪︎No drinks will be given, your welcome to bring your own
▪︎Cash payment still ok
▪︎Come to your appointment alone. With as little as possible just essentials.

Hello Everyone,

Hope you are all safe and well. I will be back taking bookings from the 14th July in Salon . Also I will be providing home visit as usual.

I would like to thank everyone who's been in touch and thank you all for your continued support through this difficult and uncertain time.

UPDATE

I know everyone is a bit confused with the reopening dates /phases so just wanted to reiterate we are going to be phase 3 at the earliest as far as we have been told at present as we are still classed as non-essential and if phase 3 goes ahead on 8th we will open monday 13th july for appointments

We are still waiting on official guidelines for everything and are doing what we can to prepare at present. What we are going to do is open the diary for that week ONLY! so if it doesnt go ahead we only have a week of appointments to re- arrange

If yous would like an app that week plz get in touch. Ami will be available tue,thurs and Fri that week pauline will be available tue,thur,fri,sat
