Cancellation and 'no show policy'
Hi all,
Appointments booked are reserved for your individual needs. Therefore I kindly ask of you are not able to make your appointment or wish to reschedule, you notify me or the salon 24hrs prior to appointment.
Late cancellation and 'no show' appointments cost time and money. Therefore if less then 24hrs notice is given, 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. No future appointments will be booked until the fee is paid. Fees can be made through bank transfer or cash.
I completely understand things can happen last minute and can assure you that I will be sympathetic in certain circumstances.
