Before Connor worked with me, he weighed 135kg.

When we first started talking, he told me he felt like he was just going through the motions with training. No structure. No clear direction. And it didn’t take much to knock him off track.

A busy day at work? Skip the gym.
Weekend? An “absolute binge fest” in his own words.

It was the same cycle most people fall into.

Try for a few weeks → fall off → start again → wing it.

No real plan. No accountability. No system.

He told me he needed to “switch things up” and realised guessing his way through it wasn’t working. He needed structure, accountability and a plan.

So that’s exactly what we built.

This time the difference was clear goals and a process to follow.
No more two-week bursts of motivation followed by falling off.

And the result?

Connor has gone from 135kg to 89kg in total but the biggest change isn’t just the weight.

His confidence is higher. His mindset is stronger.

And in his own words, he’s simply happier and in a better mood day to day.

I’m seriously proud of the work he’s put in.

If his story resonates with you, DM me the word “NEW YOU” and let’s chat!

Most people rush recovery…

And that’s exactly why they get injured again.

After two years of dealing with a shoulder that was getting progressively worse, I finally had surgery.

Subacromial decompression.
Labrum repair.
Calcification removal.

Training had become frustrating, limited and mentally fuc*ing draining.

So now the surgery is done, recovery becomes the next phase of training.

✅Rehab.
✅Mobility.
✅Sleep.
✅Nutrition.

But I’m also supporting the process with a recovery protocol designed to help the body heal properly.

Current stack:

KLOW Blend
BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu and KPV — supporting tissue repair, collagen production and inflammation control.

MOTS-C + SS-31
Mitochondrial peptides supporting cellular energy and recovery.

NAD+
Supporting cellular repair and metabolic health.

Methylene Blue
Helping oxygen utilisation and mitochondrial function.

Pharmacy-grade HGH
Supporting collagen synthesis and tissue regeneration while I sleep.

None of this replaces the fundamentals.

The real work will still be

👉Showing up for rehab.
👉Being patient.
👉Not rushing the comeback.

But if you can support the body while it heals…

Why wouldn’t you?

The comeback starts now. Make sure you hit follow for more updates!

Connor’s transformation started with him being honest about where he was.

Before we worked together, he said he was just going through the motions with training. No real structure, no clear direction, and it didn’t take much to knock him off track.

A busy day at work became an easy excuse to skip the gym, and weekends often turned into what he called an “absolute binge fest”.

There was no routine. Just a chaotic approach of trying for a couple of weeks, falling off, then winging it again.

Eventually he decided he wanted something different. He said he needed to “switch things up”, wanted something fresh, and realised he needed guidance instead of guessing his way through it.

The big difference this time was having clear direction and clear goals. In the past he’d build good habits for two or three weeks, then drop them and go back to doing whatever. This time he stuck to the process.

And the results aren’t just physical.

Connor’s confidence is way higher. His mindset has shifted and day-to-day life feels better. In his words, he’s just happier and in a better mood.

Proud of the work Connor’s put in, and I can’t wait for you to see his transformation pics next week.

This is what happens when you stop guessing and start following a plan. 💪

Surgery done. Sling on.

I waited two years for this on the NHS. Two fu*king years of managing it, convincing myself it wasn’t that bad, hoping it wouldn’t get worse.

It did.

Strength dropped off, pain crept up, and my range tightened more than I wanted to admit.

Mentally, that hit harder than I let on.

Training isn’t just something I do for content. It’s part of who I am. So not being able to train upper body properly for months was frustrating as hell.

No push work. No pulls. No proper shoulder or back sessions. Even leg days were compromised because I couldn’t set up properly or load plates the way I normally would. Some days I was operating at 20%, and when you’re used to pushing at a high standard, that messes with your head.

Eventually I stopped pretending I could “manage it” and went private. Not because I’m impatient, but because I refuse to sit back and let things slowly go to sh*t.

The biggest lesson? If 20% is all you’ve got, then you give that 20% properly.

No sulking. No ego. No chasing old numbers to prove a point.

Sling for four weeks. Average recovery is 9–12 months.

But I’m not interested in average.

This isn’t a setback. It’s a rebuild. And I’ll approach rehab the same way I approach training: structured, disciplined and consistent as fu*k.

Fat loss doesn’t stall, adherence does…

Your plan literally hasn’t stopped working, you’re either not following it as close as you think or it needs a switch up.

Track your progress. Don’t half arse it.

Biggest food red flags you NEED to stop ✋🏻🍔

🚩 Cutting out entire food groupsIf a plan bans carbs, fats or whole categories with no medical reason, that’s not discipline. That’s restriction dressed up as strategy.
🚩 “10 pounds in 10 days”That’s water loss, not transformation. Fast results usually mean fast rebounds… and you end up right back where you started.
🚩 Detox teasIf your progress relies on a laxative in a cute packet, it isn’t progress and you’ve just been mass marketed to.
🚩 You’re constantly hungry or exhaustedIf you’re cold, irritable, shattered and thinking about food 24/7, that isn’t “being locked in”. That’s under-fuelling.
🚩 “Protein-packed magic snack”If it needs a marketing team to convince you it works, it probably doesn’t.

Fat loss doesn’t require extremes. It requires consistency, structure and a bit of patience.

If you’ve fallen for any of these before, you’re not stupid. You were sold a shortcut.Comment below if you’ve fallen for any of these 👇🏻

Jacka came to me feeling like the engine was running, wheels spinning, but going nowhere.

He’d been trapped in the yo-yo loop for years. Drop a couple of kilos. Celebrate with a Chinese or a kebab. Feel guilty. Start again Monday. Repeat until exhausted.

Meanwhile, his mental health was taking hits too. Periods of depression. Low motivation. That heavy fog that makes even small steps feel steep.

Fast forward.

He went from 119.7kg to 84.9kg.

Not because of a magic plan.
Not because of some extreme 6 week shred.

Because of:
Consistency.
Accountability.
Structure.

And in his words, a well timed “foot on my backside” when he needed it most.

No more binge reward cycle.
No more starting over every Monday.
Just small, boring, powerful habits stacked daily.

This is what happens when you stop chasing motivation and start building discipline.

Couldn’t be prouder as a coach 💪🏻

If Jacka’s story sounds a bit like you DM me the word “NEW YOU” and let’s chat!
