Healing begins with permission—the permission to feel. Many emotions are judged or suppressed due to cultural conditioning, yet every emotion carries energy that seeks movement, not repression.

When we recognize that we are not our emotions but the space through which they pass, we free ourselves from their weight. Emotions, like tides, ebb and flow. When we allow them to rise without resistance, they naturally recede, leaving us clearer and more at peace.

It’s only by facing what was, and understanding its lessons, that we can free ourselves to move forward. Let the past be a teacher, not a ghost.
