I like to do little health challenges at times just to give me a boost when I’m feeling down in my fitness. It’s been a rough few weeks! I needed a boost. Soo I completed 5 days of extra fitness by adding 30 reps of something besides my routine to my day. I couldn’t count classes I taught or took only single exercises. It was a great way to make myself feel better and I would challenge you to try it!

Use the weight appropriate for you and pick your own exercises. I would love for you to post ahat you do in the comments so we can all share in the creation of a bunch of fun workouts ! I’ll start by posting what i did this week in the first comment .

I am always trying to broaden my palette within my healthy eating lifestyle goals. We tried Lamb burgers with sautéd peppers and onions.
I only eat red meat no more than twice a week and I have a food sensitivity to beef. This allows me to try another lean local farm raised meat. This was purchased at our local fresh market Hill Hollow farm store. Lamb is a light tasting meat and was very lean.
Venison will still be my primary red meat and poultry and fish the majority of what I eat in the meat category but it’s good to have options!
