The Radiant Mind Body & Soul Company Offering whole health and wellness programs for mind, body and soul. In 2014 I was diagnosed with breast cancer.

Supporting men and women who are ready to break unhealthy patterns, find balance, and reclaim their energy, purpose, and peace At the time I was working in a high pressured job and was drinking a bottle of wine every night and smoking 30 cigarettes a day. Cancer was the wake up call I needed to transform my life. I retrained as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and then used hypnosis to stop smoking and stop drinking. After researching more about cancer I changed my diet, eliminating all animal products from my diet and quitting sugar and processed foods. I began juicing and fasting and took a course in nutrition to support my learning. Soon I began to realise that health and wellness was more than just eating the right things and not putting toxins in your body. I discovered the powerful connection between the mind and body and went on to train as a meditation teacher. I began practicing yoga and came across Kundalini quite by accident. Struggling to find a teacher after Covid, I decided to train as a Kundalini Teacher myself. Now I am running classes locally in Barnard Castle. I truly believe in our own power to heal our bodies and mind. We have though become disconnected from ourselves. Most of us are caught up in a daily regime that does not serve our highest selves and we have lost our sense of purpose. Many, like me before, compensate through self medicating and addictions. Many just live for the weekend and then start again on Monday. My signature program, The Radiant Path, was created to help bring the whole self in balance. Using a combination of hypnosis, meditation and Kundalini as well as plant based nutritional support, the program supports you to identify and achieve your own personal wellness goals, aligning mind, body and soul. Mindful eating isn't just for people who want to lose weight. It actually supports your overall health and wellbeing.

Mindful eating isn’t a diet.

It’s not about counting calories, avoiding carbs, or labelling food as “good” or “bad.”

It’s about becoming present with your food and learning to listen to your body’s natural cues with curiosity, not criticism.

Mindful eating supports your digestive system AND your nervous system.

Here’s what mindful eating involves:
