Last night I was so inspired by the amazing bunch of people suffering from ME Fibromyalgia and long COVID. The people that the medical modal offers no hope for. A few rounds of Tapping offered the majority some sort of relief. They were open to doing something different. Delighted to be part of making a difference. Again the power of the mind over the body despite the pain. Fabulous ladies

It is unmeasurable how many lives have been changed. It is my life’s mission to let everyone know how amazing and simple this life changing tool is. Thank you Gary Craig.

Gary Craig, the pioneer of the EFT method (1940 – 2026) 🕊️

It is with great sadness to announce that Gary Craig, founder of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Messiah of the healing world has passed away. Their daughter Tina Craig has confirmed this sad news.

Gary Craig wasn't just a teacher, he was a revolutionary. Despite being an engineer, he gave a new vision of understanding the human mind.

He said that:
"The root cause of all negative emotions is the obstacle in the body's energy system (Energy System). "
He simplified complex healing methods and put the power of 'healing' in the hands of common people, not keeping doctors or therapists enough. Millions of people around the world today who have been relieved from physical and mental pain, are grateful to this priceless gift from Gary Craig.

The EFT community is bidding farewell to a great soul today, but their legacy will forever live on. His golden mantra "Try it on everything" (try it on every problem) will always guide us.

May the Lord give peace to his divine soul and give his family the strength to endure this pain.

So this happened yesterday but only sinking in today. Would like to say it’s all my hard work, but what I will say it’s just finding something you are passionate about for the right reasons and enjoying the journey. Be yourself and that has to be good enough for you. It was a surprise but I’m delighted. My mission of putting EFT on the map is evolving 😀.
