Some of what I do…. 💚

‘Drumming in Nature’

I have so many asking me why I am not a total fan of using my drums outside for connection etc

If I take a group or we are at an event or a ceremony which is outside then fantastic we will drum in the sun and connect to our drums & their sound, rhythm and so on.

But for me using a drum for Shamanic practices alone is all about connection to the spirit world…spirit allies…the spirits.

Deep connection to the spirit world using my drum is a place of listening is a place of dropping deep into full embodied connection whilst having no distractions…allowing spirit in… it’s how I teach on Call of the Shaman

Its exactly the same whist outside in nature….a place to listen, to be, to merge with, come into harmony with, to do this I prefer to be silent, alone to let all sounds, smells, feelings, visions come to me from nature & the spirit world…

The pure simplicity of nature does it all
I don’t need a drum to work with nature with its complete glory with all it shows, gives and takes away.

I choose, to use my drums for connection in a different way while inside, while I am not feeling the exterior world of the sun the wind the sounds of the birds the messages that being outside in nature gives me…I can completely surrender to spirit.

But i totally understand that not everyone connects to nature that way and may like to use their drums while sat with a tree or on a rock it’s all a matter of how deep can you go…how deep you can listen, how deep you can drop, how strong you can connect…

With the rhythms of nature ever so slowly moving ever so gently waking, subtly rising (in all this rain) it starts to change my energy connection with my spirit allies ~ the spirit world ~ it directs me to different sounds, different visions, offering directions to
new places working in collaboration with others offer more groups work ..I am being shoved to move forward again…..sometimes this excites & inspires me …
sometimes it can make me feel very overwhelmed….
so in order to balance these strong messages~sensations~directions I take more time to write, more time to listen, more time to find new balance within the light that is showing itself little by little…

….the magnetic pull to rush around, get out there can be strong….but I’m just not ready for you yet….
all in good time ….

I will like nature awake, rise slowly with the rhythm of my drum like the first wild snowdrops reaching for the sun….

More & more in groups at the moment the rhythms seem to run far too fast far to quick….I can feel myself asking the riders to slow it feel it more, not just run away with it, as only then can you hear & feel what the spirits are trying to tell you ….

Come out & play they say
but no need to rush 💕

WOMEN WHO DRUM ❤️‍🔥

What an evening we experienced…
8 Power House Women entered my Healing Space…at Call of the Shaman~Bridget Healing Centre in Glastonbury ……feels like we moved mountains together ..drank sacred witches brew together… we made magic happen together…we filled the room with rhythm together, as the awakening took place ❤️‍🔥

No photos of the ceremonies, no photos of all the deliciousness brought to the temple but a couple of blurred photos of when all left….🤭

The space was buzzing with laughter, tears and so much LOVE…

8 Wonderful Woman coming together at one time to form a Sacred Shamanic Sisterhood.

At The Bridget Healing Centre in my Healing Room in Glastonbury.

The first group has stepped in and soon to get started, so I am now open to another.

This was amazing…

I have made a few drums in my time, during many pivotal stages & ages of my life I now feel that this was my last one to create..

I am well known as the Drum Mama and NOT a Drum Maker 🙏

I am sooo glad it was with these to amazing woman all held in a powerful deep nurturing space by Valkyrie alchemy Le’ah ❤️

My Drum A Wild Horse … Mustang….
it has such power which will lead me through many more exciting times.

I have so much planned for 2026 will share all the details soon.

Have a blessed holiday and enjoy the rhythms of your celebrations and hope to see you all in my Sacred Healing Drum Circle in Glastonbury in the new year.

Saturdays Experience 🔥……..
Even though the
“Call of the Shaman Experience Day”
is not a drumming workshop, we do work with our drums a little, it was so wonderful to share and be surrounded by so much love, rhythm and openness on first meeting with this wonderful group of people, some of which, had never even held a drum in their hands before, I am feeling very grateful for your trust 🙏 THE CALL OF THE SHAMAN 🙏 new Healing Drum Workshop coming soon ⭐️
