HIP HIP HOORAY! 🎉

This is our amazing Bev! She first joined our Friday 7:30am session after being introduced by a friend — and just look at what she’s achieved in such a short time!

This photo was taken last week when Bev returned to group after her hip replacement. She’s living proof that recovery is so much smoother when you’re carrying less weight and feeling healthier.

You may recognise this lovely lady — it’s our Michelle! She’s the friendly face who greets you at the sign-in desk for the 7am group on Saturdays.

I’ll never tire of singing her praises — this weekend, she achieved her incredible 6½ stone award!

Just six weeks ago, Michelle made a commitment and signed up for a 6-week Countdown course… and in that short time, she’s lost an amazing 12.5 lbs!
