Day 42 Project 99
It’s review day and I have plateaued on my weight loss only a pound this week. That’s 28 pounds in 42 days which is ok. Its obvious what I need to do!
Exercise has been great 2 weights sessions, 2 hills sessions, and 3 walks with a pack.
Even with 1 meal a day you can eat too much, portions and food type meat and veg low fat.
