Our next teen to 25 working group is the 21st! If you know a mum who might be interested in this then please do show this post to them (younger people have told us they use many different social platforms, and we know we may not be on those yet, so sharing helps us reach out as far as we can!).
Please share this with your friends, daughters, sisters, people you work with and people you support 💛😊.

Diane and Lucinda are in support group mode, ready to welcome mum's in safe non judgemental spaces.

Today's groups are:

Workington - St. Mary's church in Westfield, from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM.

And then we are in Maryport at the Maryport activity centre from 1pm till 2pm.

As a quick reminder, our support groups are for mums who might be needing a little help with their mental health and managing to cope on a day to day basis and need a safe space where they can come and share anything that they need to share.

We are open to mums with children of any age and any things that you want to deal with.

There are no men in our groups. It's all mum's and those who identify as mums. However, the venues that we use are open to the public. So there may be men around, if this is a concern we can easily meet you outside the group.

If you feel nervous about coming in, just drop us a message on messenger and one of us will pick it up.
