When we don’t feel at ease with ourselves, it is our responsibility to make changes for our wellbeing instead of staying in this low vibration.
Things that I do to get myself out of the mud !!
1 . Meditation, even just 10 minutes to call the energy back to my heart
2 go outside in Nature, it settles my mind
3 . Move my body, yoga , swimming, Chi-gong… , it move energy in the body …
4. Tibetan sounds healing , sounds healing in general. It helps me to go deeper into my inner self.
5. Reiki self healing energy to rebalance my chakras and more ..
6. Dancing is also great to release energy or rises energy ( joy …)
First thing to do when we are too much in our head is grounding our energy downward, there is a lot more tools those are my own personal tools that work for me.
