Our Story
I am a licensed Group Exercise, Zumba and Fitness Pilates Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer who is Fitness mad! I have worked in the Fitness Industry for over 15 years and am passionate about helping my clients push themselves out of their comfort zone to reach above and beyond their goals. I currently instruct Zumba and Fitness Pilates classes in Camberley and Sandhurst where we welcome all fitness levels and abilities. My classes are a good workout but also a great way to socialise and meet like minded people looking to increase their fitness levels in an environment thats friendly and non-intimidating. All Classes are £6 OR I offer a reduced 10 Class Pass. ***************************************************************** Zumba with Beth ***************************************************************** Perfect For Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. Our classes our so much fun and friendly, we are like a family :-) We have social events and some great friendships have been made here :-) ***************************************************************** Fitness Pilates ***************************************************************** Fitness Pilates is a training option that focuses on the body as a human kinetic chain. By applying the fundamental Pilates technique and exercises, Fitness Pilates aims to offset musculoskeletal imbalances.
The aim of Fitness Pilates is to identify basic postural imbalances and through Fitness Pilates based exercises:
