Fitness isn't just about being skinny, but being healthy and happy. I am a licensed Group Exercise, Zumba, Fitness Pilates, Rebounding, Strong Nation and Level 3 Personal Trainer who is Fitness mad! I have worked in the Fitness Industry for over 17 years and am passionate about helping my clients push themselves out of their comfort zone to reach above and beyond their goals. I cater for all fitness levels and abilities and most of all I want you to learn to enjoy fitness so that exercise isn’t a chore but something you look forward to. I offer great value monthly Membership to my online Virtual Class group where you can do both LIVE and On-Demand classes.....choose from Fitness Pilates, Zumba, Strong by Zumba, Bodyblast, Pump n Tone, LBT, Broadway boogie, Rebounding, Walkfit and so much more! Plus there’s 100s of classes available on playback to do at a time that suits you too! This is £29.97 a month. Payg options are also available and it’s £5 a class. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Super fun? Check and check. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. Our classes our so much fun and friendly, we are like a family :-) even online! If you love music and want to reach your fitness goals faster, STRONG is for you.....Using your own body weight, you will gain muscular endurance, tone and definition and experience an increased afterburn �

STRONG by Zumba is not a Dance Fitness Class....STRONG is a high intensity interval Class that's synced to specific music. Very different to Zumba, with no hip-wiggling or booty shaking, so its perfect for everyone - Male, Female, Dancers, those who believe they have two left feet even. Combine this with traditional Zumba dance style classes � or any other form of cardio and you will be well on your way to chiselling your body �

Our Story

I am a licensed Group Exercise, Zumba and Fitness Pilates Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer who is Fitness mad! I have worked in the Fitness Industry for over 15 years and am passionate about helping my clients push themselves out of their comfort zone to reach above and beyond their goals. I currently instruct Zumba and Fitness Pilates classes in Camberley and Sandhurst where we welcome all fitness levels and abilities. My classes are a good workout but also a great way to socialise and meet like minded people looking to increase their fitness levels in an environment thats friendly and non-intimidating.
