Get to know the passionate advocates who will be sharing their expertise and heart for HIV awareness and Sexual & Reproductive Health and Rights.

🔹 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐁. 𝐇𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐠
Founder & President, GentleMen Bicol for SRHR, Inc., Mr. Richard has dedicated years to advancing community-based HIV education, counseling, and screening. As a mentor and trainer of peer educators, he continues to strengthen grassroots responses to HIV across Bicol.
Recognized as the 2023 DOH Salud Bikolnon Awardee for HIV Prevention Advocacy and Albay Provincial Government Outstanding LGBT Awardee (HIV/AIDS Advocacy), he has consistently championed stigma-free, accessible services for the community. As the first Bicolano HIV advocate nominated for the 2025 Love Gala Ripples Award and currently serving as Case Manager for Sustained Health Initiatives of the Philippines, his work reflects both leadership and lifelong commitment to ending HIV.

🔹 𝐉𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐄𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐥 𝐍𝐚𝐳-𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐥, 𝐑𝐍
A dedicated Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights advocate, James combines academic excellence with active community service. A Cum Laude Nursing graduate and Top 23 passer of the November 2025 Philippine Nursing Licensure Examination, he channels his clinical knowledge into meaningful public health engagement.
As a DOH-certified Community-Based Screening Motivator and HIV Peer Educator, and a volunteer with GentleMen Bicol for SRHR Inc. and GAYON LGBT Albay, Inc., he actively supports HIV screening initiatives and youth-centered health education. His involvement in leadership roles and health summits reflects his commitment to empowering communities through informed and compassionate care.
Together, they bring experience, advocacy, and a shared mission: Know HIV, No HIV. ❤️
