You just need to look around you to see how BUSY our lives can be.

It's very common for people to put themselves under additional pressure at Christmas with greater expectations of HOW things "NEED or SHOULD" be done.

The constant bombardment of advertising in our living rooms, finishing off the year, planning & preparing for Christmas - the food, the presents, the family, the work, the travel, the decorations, the .... and so on, can also raise our stress levels.

Some of us seem to be BUSY most of the time and may even wear their "Busyness" as a badge or medal of honor. 🎖

Please make time for yourself over the Holidays to rest, take it easy, fill up your own glass and just care for yourself.
