There are a lot of assumptions about personal trainers - and I completely get it… I’ve heard plenty of horror stories over the years 😬
My approach really isn’t scary or extreme.
Yes, I’ll gently nudge you out of your comfort zone, because that’s how change happens.
But always in a way that feels manageable…and ideally even enjoyable.
Progress doesn’t come from punishment.
It comes from consistency and working with your body - and also accepting that some days will be better than others.
If you’ve been put off working with a PT before, let me reassure you - it doesn’t have to be “all or nothing” 🤍
