Should you be taking supplements? Is it worth it?

🥬🫐I am always an advocate of eating nutrient dense FOOD over supplements but there is great value in taking a clean natural supplement in this circumstance!

How do your emotions affect your organ systems?

I'm so glad you asked. In TCM (traditional chinese medicine) we see each organ system and how they relate to the rest of the body.
If there is a problem with an organ system it will show in its related emotion, the opposite is also true. If you experience an excess emotion this can cause problems with the corresponding organ system.

For explain what I see most commonly is:

Anger, frustration, resentment or repressed anger and rage...
that corresponds to the LIVER organ!
Which can lead symptoms like: abnormal periods, period pain, irritability, breast distention and pain, pms, can affect digestion and case a bitter taste in your mouth, if you are having trouble with watery eye, dry eyes, red itchy eyes you may have a liver qi problem.

We are meant to feel all of these emotions, it is normal and healthy! When it becomes excessive or pathological it becomes a problem for your health.
