She consistently demonstrates initiative, teamwork, and a strong commitment to supporting and strengthening our entire team. Congratulations to Tim Carlson, GCE call center team member at our Fort Carson contract site in Colorado. Tim is the February Team Member Excellence award winner at this site.

Davina Price shared, "attention to details, strong work ethic, and great customer service describe Tim Carlson! His professionalism is being noticed not only in PAS (patient access services), but also from the clinical side of scheduling as they have praised Tim for the accuracy, he provides patients. His visit with members of his team meant a great deal to our team members, who take tremendous pride in the work they do every day in support of our military community and their families.

The AbilityOne Program creates life-changing employment opportunities for people with disabilities, and visits like this help shine a light on the incredible talent, dedication, and pride our team brings to their jobs.
