Diversity is key 🔑 with my favorite by Truvani and blackberries topped with cinnamon. And ofc my staple , 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice for any shake to sneak in prebiotics, add fullness, + fiber. It’s unflavored so it’s a no brainer 🧠
