🚨 🏍️ Motorcycle vs Motorcycle Collision | Advanced Support Response
A severe crash involving two motorcycles left four victims on scene.
Upon arrival, the Advanced Life Support unit identified one critically injured polytrauma patient.
The patient was disoriented, presenting with massive active hemorrhage to the left lower limb, associated with multiple open fractures.
With imminent risk of exsanguination, the limb was fully exposed to locate the bleeding source. Due to extensive distal damage and inability to control the hemorrhage through other mechanisms, a Rhino Rescue tourniquet was applied — high and tight on the left lower extremity.
Immediate bleeding control was achieved.
Given the patient’s clinical instability, only minimal movement restriction was performed, prioritizing rapid extraction and transport to the reference hospital for definitive care.
Massive hemorrhage control saves lives.
High. Tight. No hesitation.
