🚨 Brazil | BR Highway near Pombos
A severe traffic collision left a woman with a traumatic open fracture and massive hemorrhage. Her hand was sustained only by soft tissue.
On scene, trained officers acted immediately following the MARCH protocol:

The bleeding was successfully controlled before EMS arrival.
When EMS arrived, a full technical handover was completed — including the exact tourniquet application time.
She was transported for emergency surgery.
