Leone Labuschagne practice is a friendly welcoming practice where all patients are managed by myself or Lauren only.
We have been practicing in the area for over 20 years and can therefore offer experienced physiotherapy care to our patients. Your condition will be treated with a hands-on approach and special attention to rehabilitation exercises.
Lauren Els and Leone’ Labuschagne are both physiotherapists with a special interest in treating painful backs and necks. We have both have had post graduate training in the field of Orthopedic Manipulative therapy.

This article provides an update regarding the rehabilitation and ways to prevent recurrent hamstring injury. Although there is an increased knowledge of the hamstring muscle injuries, the incidence remains high. Exercise therapy is still the treatment of choice, with exercises in a lengthened position or using eccentric contraction mode being most effective.
