For all the Moms and Dads going through this challenging time with their baby in the NICU - remember you are not alone, support is always available.

This is one of the scariest and overwhelming places for a mother to be. Going from having your baby so close to your heartbeat and then the next you feel as if they are in an alternative universe, a kind of Groundhog Day that feels never ending.

We want you to you know that this tough BUT so are you and so is your baby. We celebrate your courage, strength and honour your commitment in this space.
