COSCHEM MINI EXPO – 11 May 2022

Botanica Natural Products was one of the 17 cosmetic raw material suppliers exhibiting at the COSCHEM mini exhibition that look place at the Society of Cosmetic Chemists South Africa Coschem offices in Randpark Ridge on 11 May 2022. The expo was a great success with a total of 101 visitors attending. Michelle Nott attended on behalf of Botanica and saw many industry partners on the day. Thank you to Coschem and everyone who visited our stand!

We are so proud of our colleague, Michelle Nott, who won the best Module 2 student award at the recent Prize Giving Dinner held by the Society of Cosmetic Chemists South Africa Coschem. Michelle has been a relationship manager at Botanica Natural Products since 2019 and has grown in leaps and bounds. She also won the award for the best Module 1 student in 2021.

We cannot wait to be part of the final session of the annual Coschem conference today. We are taking part in a debate and panel discussion relating to natural raw materials in South African formulations.

Phase 2 - Planting - Complete.
We are proud of the materialization of this collaborative project between Botanica Natural Products and Siyavuna Development Centre. With sufficient RnD, planning and preparation, SDC has successfully planted their first 3 hectares of Bulbine frutescens. Although there have been many challenges along the way, determination and perseverance has paid off. We look forward to facilitating their growth and purchasing their harvests to come.
