As a healthcare provider, I have decided to be considerate and respectful of your choices.

Your best interests remain my priority.

Therefore, I will continue to wear my mask, as I am in very close proximity to you during treatments.

I have been wondering a lot about joy and the fact that many people do not have any joy in our current circumstances.

I was on a mission to find out what that joy is, because we can’t work, eat, sleep and repeat. We are not made to just survive. We are made to thrive.

Then it came to me - the thing that gives you joy the thing that you do that you like, that causes you to completely forget about time and other worries.

We waste so much time on pointless things that have a negative impact on us as humans.

Whatever you make time for, you do.
Plan and focus on doing more and more of that “thing”. For some people it is gardening, others prefer reading, exercise, playing music - whatever it is - do it often

and

en-JOY!

Your body will thank you for that!
