ADHD books out there - come along to our November session of .therapists.bookclub to find out why.
A book that when it was first published, completely challenged the world view and mindset about ADHD, opening up a completely different way of thinking about the ADHD brain and its healing and treatment.
In the session Iβll chat through the points in the book that I found most pertinent and which have really shaped my thinking as a therapist and a mother.
After that, weβll open the floor for some robust discussion - Iβd love to hear what you think??
Anyone interesting in exploring the book and the topic is welcome to attend! You donβt have to be a therapist. We already have teachers and parents signed up too - as well as a few adults who want another perspective on the workings of their own brains.
