You are sunshine in human form — funny, adventurous, and full of life in the most magical way. Whether you’re off on a camping adventure with Pappa or taking on the world with that fearless spirit of yours, you remind us all to live a little bigger and love a lot deeper.

Your heart is pure gold — so nurturing, so caring, and always such a true little gentleman. You light up every room you walk into.

I am so incredibly proud of you — from the way you shine in your gymnastics to your amazing love for maths at school. You tackle everything with such determination and joy, and it inspires me every single day.

Being your mom is the greatest gift I will ever receive. You are, and always will be, the light of my life.

Keep shining, my darling Rhys — the world is so lucky to have you in it.

It’s almost time for our boys to shine.

We are all incredibly proud of what our children have achieved in their gymnastics. A huge shout out to Coach Moses you have given our boys the best training we could ask for.

The 2025 edition of National Championships begins today 🇿🇦🥇🥈🥉!

Day 1 of SA Champs begins at 9am with men's artistic podium training at the Gymnastics SA National Training Centre in Eldoraigne. Here's the full MAG schedule over the next few days.

🏆🇿🇦 SA champs loading...! Gymnastics South Africa’s National Championships, previously known as Gym Games, is set to return in October 2025 with a new format!

Over 3 000 gymnasts in all disciplines and all age groups will be in action across four different venues in the country between 2 and 12 October.
