As a qualified personal trainer and crossfit coach I will ensure that you maintain your fitness without the stress of hurting your precious miracle. Training before, during and after pregnancy is extremely beneficial not only to mom but also to baby. My programmes are specifically designed around each trimester and special precaution is taken to ensure your babies safety throughout the workout. Post pregnancy I will assist and help you to become stronger and fitter turning you into supermom!

Every pregnant woman at some point as either said these exact words or thought it is true.
Yes and no....
You don't have to double up on your calories when you are pregnant. You can still eat healthy and within the correct calorie requirements.
The rule of thumb is most women need about 300 extra calories every day during the last five to six months of pregnancy for good fetal development. This will combine to a healthy weight gain of your baby.
Keep it fresh and keep it healthy!
