Supporting local is something we speak about often, but loyalty goes both ways. As a small business, we know that sometimes it can feel difficult to choose local when big retail chains and online stores run large promotions or flashy marketing campaigns. We understand this more than you might think.
Behind the scenes, we navigate the same challenges every day. Many of the professional skincare brands we once knew as salon-exclusive are now available in multiple retail spaces, online platforms, and concept stores. It can be confusing for clients, and sometimes it may seem like the better deal exists elsewhere
And honestly we get it. At Beautiful by Bea, our priority has always been that our clients are using the right skincare for their skin, no matter where it comes from. But what many people don’t always see is the amount of time, care, and expertise that goes into every consultation.
Our therapists spend time doing skin consultations, preparing treatment plans, selecting samples, and carefully writing down homecare routines all with the intention of helping you get the best possible results.
So here’s something we want you to know:
We don't expect blind loyalty.
We expect honesty and conversation.
As a business owner, I personally compare prices before I purchase anything and we completely respect our clients doing the same. But we would love to be part of that conversation.
