4 x 500m row repeats with a 90 sec rest between each round.
Aerobic work should be sustainable in nature. Pace is dictated by the length of working sets, along with intent.
I like to program increasing rounds. Once a round is slower than the one before, work-out's over.
Great way to make pacing as big-a-part of you aerobic expression as it needs to be.
