They are easy to use, are made of a soft comfortable fabric, and can travel with you wherever you go..
All you will need are either some ice cubes or some hot water!
We have 3 sizes, either small, medium or large.

Thank you to everyone's patience today as the practice was closed.
Today was a big day, my daughter Marie, whom many of you have already met, graduated!
For those of you who haven't met her yet, she has been helping me since the beginning of this year in reception.
And now, before more time passes, it's time for a formal introduction and a big welcome to her! ......... Introducing to you, Marie!!
She is the new face in reception, and will be helping you with queries and appointments.
