As the seasons change, your body feels it too. Energy dips, immunity can drop slightly, and suddenly you’re just not feeling like yourself.

B vitamins, on the other hand, are involved in the process of converting food into usable energy at a cellular level.

It’s influenced by:
• Time of day (midday sun is more effective)
• Skin tone (darker skin needs more exposure)
• Age (production decreases over time)
• Sunscreen use (important, but reduces vitamin D production)
• Clothing coverage
• Season and location

So while short sun exposure can help, it’s not always enough for everyone.

This isn’t about avoiding sunscreen.
It’s about understanding that vitamin D levels are influenced by real-life factors, not just sunshine.

Sometimes it’s not about getting more sun.
It’s about understanding what your body is (or isn’t) producing.

• low mood
• muscle aches
• can lead to reduced bone mineral density
