During the 16 Days of Activism for No Violence Against Women and Children, we are reminded of the urgent need to break the silence around abuse.
No one should ever face violence, and support should always be within reach.
That’s why GetSavvi Health offers the WHISPA benefit as part of our Member Wellness Programme — a confidential service available 24/7, 365 days a year, to help survivors of trauma access care, treatment, and counselling.
Through WHISPA, members have access to:
- Immediate telephonic counselling and support
- Guidance to access ART (antiretroviral therapy) and optional face-to-face counselling
- HIV tests after exposure, plus a 3-day starter pack of ART followed by a 28-day course
- Treatment for sexually transmitted infections (STIs)
- Ongoing support including a follow-up HIV test after 90 days
