Wow, covid has been a long few years. As for many of us we're still battling with Long Covid. For some of us, long covid means long onset of poor health, others a long financial burden and for some it really knocked our businesses and way of living.

For this reason I've decided to rebrand the practice and put Covid in the past and to move forward and upwards.

2024 here we come.

When you leave you house to go to the shop don't think omg I hope I don't get infected.

Imagine you're already infected and you need to try and not give it to someone else. Once you think like that you will see how much easier it is to do what you suppose to do. ( well that's if you're a good person. )
