Rand Funerals is seeking a dedicated Funeral Operations Manager to oversee our fleet and ensure all vehicles are fit for purpose, while managing staff responsible for funeral operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and maintain company vehicles to ensure readiness and compliance
• Supervise and coordinate staff involved in funeral operations
• Ensure smooth operational workflows and accountability
Requirements:
• Previous experience in the funeral industry (essential)
• Computer literacy and ability to work with operational systems
• Excellent people management and communication skills
• Willingness to work weekends as required
Compensation:
• Salary negotiable, based on experience
