TTHE ROOT OF DISEASE N AGING

Sugar was only discovered about 2500 years ago but our human genetics has existed for much longer than that hence is has not adapted to the sugar that we now feed our bodies.as a result:

1. Body gets into an acidic state

2. Beutiful breeding ground for bacteria, viruses n fungi

3.chronic fatigue

4.immature aging (I'm mean grade 12 students look like they are my mother😞)....howcome the life expectancy of ancient humans was about 900 years but now it's about 80-90 (if u lucky)

5. Diseases n cancers are now diagnosed in neonates when before it was only a disease of the elderly?

Biggest culprits for the above:

1. Sugar
2.Corn
3.Ginger
4.eating too frequently( its inhibits a process called Autophagy - which is a self regulated, innate process that allows your body to get rid of dead n pathological cells while keeping normal ones alive. A state only archived through fasting)

5.lack of exercise

6.stress ( puts ones body in a constant state of fight or flight and increases Cortisone...no wonder the new appearance of (umkhaba with stretchmarks)). Check if ur great grandmother who has 16 kids by the way, had that appearance?
