10 years ago, I took a leap of faith. Fresh out of my Human Movement Science degree (where I graduated with a passion for how our bodies truly work), I fell head over heels in love with Pilates—not just as exercise, but as a powerful tool for injury rehabilitation and true healing.
I’ve always had a special spot in my heart for working with athletes, helping them recover stronger, move better, and perform at their peak. But what really lights me up? Strength training. Building real, functional strength that supports health, longevity, and living life on your terms—no shortcuts, just consistent, smart work.
Back then, I opened Flex Fitness Studio with just 2 clients and a whole lot of big dreams (and probably more nerves than I’d admit!). Fast forward a decade: we've grown into a thriving community, helping countless people reclaim their movement, build resilience, and feel unstoppable.
From rehab journeys to elite performance gains, from beginners finding their groove to lifelong athletes pushing limits—I'm so grateful for every story that's unfolded here.
