Our latest Big Cheese Award goes to Ian Bakkes. Anyone who has run with Ian or passed or been passed by him at a race will know that this guy is always smiling. In fact, he is also living proof that smiling while you run can actually improve your running (some stats suggest smiling can making running 5% easier). When Ian first joined BNAC, he started slowly with Cheryl's group. He has since completed three marathons, improving his time from 4h32 to 3h55. Ian, thank you for your infectious smile, and cheerful character. We are delighted to have you in our ranks
