Conveniently located in the southern suburb of Fichardt Park, the 251-bed Life Rosepark Hospital has a reputation for quality care and clinical excellence. This private hospital, in the Free State and Northern Cape, opened its doors in 1987 with only 155 beds, four theatres and five intensive care beds.

As the healthcare needs of the community and the demand for high quality healthcare increased, the hospital made several upgrades to their facilities and premises over the years, to offer one-stop medical services to the community of central South Africa.

As teens move from one phase of their life to the next, their minds undergo tremendous change. For some, this transitional phase may include feelings of depression, anxiety and low self-esteem. When stressors are added such as the anticipation of matric results, they may be tempted to use alcohol and other substances as a crutch to deal with these feelings. World stroke week...
