People don’t always see the battles you’re fighting the effort it takes to pull yourself out of a dark place, to keep going when your mind tells you to give up.
But we see you. And we want you to know—what you’re doing is incredible.
If you got out of bed today, we’re proud of you.
If you showed up for yourself, even in the smallest way, we’re proud of you.
If you’ve been fighting through the heaviness, even when no one else sees it, we’re proud of you.
