But what if some part of you is afraid to?

Not consciously.
But deep down — in the nervous system, in the memory, in the body that remembers what the mind tries to forget.

I once had a client say:

“If I lose the weight… I’m scared I’ll be seen again.
I don’t want to be a target.”

That wasn’t sabotage.
That was protection.

Before you shame yourself for not being “disciplined,”
