2 Days to Go… The Cape Epic Countdown Continues! 🚴‍♂️

The excitement is building as we count down to the Absa Cape Epic, with only 2 days to go! Today, Dr Walsh and Michael, along with their family, are making their way to Cape Town as they prepare for the incredible journey ahead.

Back at the Third Age Group offices, the support is in full swing. Our team has filled the hallways with posters cheering on our riders, from funny slogans and thoughtful messages to a few creative AI-inspired designs. It’s a small but fun way for our staff to show their support for our very first client, Dr Walsh, while also celebrating 30 years of Third Age Group.

This race represents more than just an event for us, it’s part of a 30-year journey built on trust, partnership, and shared milestones.

Dr Walsh and Michael, we are incredibly proud to be on this journey with you. The whole Third Age Group team is behind you every kilometre of the way.

🚵‍♂️ Cape Epic Loading… 4 Days to Go!

The countdown has begun! In just four days, our father-and-son team will take on the legendary Absa Cape Epic, kicking off this Sunday in the breathtaking Western Cape.

Known as one of the most physically gruelling and mentally demanding mountain bike stage races in the world, the Cape Epic pushes riders to their limits across some of the most spectacular natural landscapes in Africa.

This year’s journey carries even deeper meaning for us at Third Age Group. As we celebrate 30 years in July, this ride honours something truly special, our very first client, Dr Walsh, who is still journeying with us today.

It’s more than a race.
It’s a celebration of generational wealth, enduring relationships, and legacy, values that have shaped our story from the very beginning.

👏 Best Dressed Winners:
💖 Llenichca van Wyk turned heads in a bold hot pink Barbie cowgirl look, fearless, fabulous, and full glam.
🤠 Marius Kruger embodied the true cowboy outlaw with boots, buckles, and a guns-blazing attitude that said it all: you don’t want to mess with this cowboy.
