Marco is a qualified accountant who supports the team with advice, planning, structuring, and improving overall financial effectiveness. With a solid technical foundation and a problem-solving mindset, he adds real value where clarity and structure matter most.

Outside of work, Marco enjoys console gaming, spending time with friends, and staying informed on current political and financial affairs. He also hits the golf course from time to time to switch off. ⛳🎮

He’s especially proud of earning his accounting degree and completing his articles to qualify as an accountant—milestones that reflect his discipline and commitment. Always looking ahead, Marco plans to further his studies to tackle more complex structuring, tax planning, and team effectiveness.

And a fun fact? Marco has been playing the piano for over 16 years and you’ll see him in a band at some events—and while his jokes may not always be funny, people somehow still laugh. 🎹😄

Are you organised, confident on the phone, and not afraid of a deadline? We’re looking for a proactive Medical Credit Controller who can take ownership of their book, stay on top of collections, and keep things running smoothly in a busy medical environment.

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️Managing a full debtor’s book, including age analysis (current to 120+ days) and consistent follow-ups.
✔️Communicating daily with patients and medical aids via calls, SMS, and email.
✔️Submitting and tracking claims (including PMBs and WCA), resolving rejections, and meeting strict deadlines.
✔️Handling monthly handovers and keeping accounts balanced and up to date.

✅ What You’ll Need:
✔️1–2 years’ medical debt collection experience with strong medical aid knowledge.
✔️Proficiency in GoodX, Vericlaim, and Medimass.
✔️Great communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
