Teen su***de is a serious public health concern โ€” but it is also preventable. Creating awareness helps reduce stigma and encourages young people to seek support early.

On the bus with all the other volunteers, Dyna pulled out her journal and read about everything she had learned during the past month or so. She has come such a long way, and one day, she hopes that she can support someone else in the same way that Mo had been there for her. Anything is possible if you just start by doing something each day.

The food at the new restaurant was great, and it was lovely to see Mo. She told him about the opportunity to volunteer abroad for two weeks, but also that she was unsure if she should go.
โ€œWhat are you afraid of?โ€ he wanted to know.
โ€œLike, everything!โ€ she replied.
โ€œIt is the perfect opportunity to expand your horizons โ€“ I think you should go.โ€
