Mon - Cardio (Aerobics Steps)
Time: 18:00 - 19:00 & 19:00 - 20:00
Tues - Leg day
Time: 18:00 - 19:00
Weds: Functional Training (full body)
Time: 18:00 - 19:00
Thurs: Stomach and upper body focus
Time: 18:00 - 19:00
Fri: Special Class (yoga/Zumba)
Time: 17:30 - 18:30
Sat: Cardio (dancefit/dancing in heels)
09:00 - 10:00 & 10:00 - 12:00
