In our practice we work as a multi-professional team to ensure that our clients receive the help and care that they need. A wide range of services is provided which can be tailored to accommodate individual and/or family therapeutic interventions as the need arises. Our vision is to facilitate a therapy journey whereby each client can experience personal growth, develop and adapt their life coping skills and re-connect with their own selves and their significant others. We follow a holistic therapeutic approach which focuses on the client as a person with strengths, talents and abilities who is capable and willing to seek solutions to their life problems. We strive to provide a welcoming atmosphere where the emphasis is on mutual trust and respect, unconditional acceptance and a collaborative relationship between therapist and client.
