Subject: Preferred Care EMS Distances Itself from False Representation by Mr. Gert Kruger
Preferred Care EMS wishes to formally distance itself from any and all actions or representations made by Mr. Gert Kruger, who has been falsely claiming to be an employee and representative of our company.
We would like to state clearly and unequivocally that Mr. Gert Kruger is not, and has never been, employed by Preferred Care EMS in any capacity. The company has no professional, contractual, or personal association with him. His actions and statements made while impersonating a member of our organization are unauthorized, misleading, and fraudulent.
Upon becoming aware of this matter, Preferred Care EMS made several attempts to contact Mr. Kruger in order to address and resolve the issue directly. Unfortunately, all such attempts have been unsuccessful.
Preferred Care EMS condemns any form of impersonation, misrepresentation, or conduct that misleads the public or damages the reputation of legitimate emergency medical service providers. We urge the public and our partners to verify all communications and personnel claims directly with the company through our official contact channels.
Preferred Care EMS will continue to take appropriate steps to protect its name, staff, and reputation from any misuse or fraudulent activity.
