Feeling constantly anxious or seeing a loved one anxious, worried and depressed all the time is sad and energy draining. When feelings of uncertainty and thoughts that bad things are going to happen prevails, concentration and being able to partake in normal daily and fun activities slip away. Anxiety prevents children, teens, adolescents and adults to enjoy life to the fullest and often have them wake-up at night in fear. Do not let your life or the life of a loved one be ruled by these continuous feelings of anxiety and worry. Feeling anxious is no shame. Carl Jung teaches us that we should view it as a compass that is showing us the way to growth. Something deep inside us wants to be heard. Child and adult therapy within a safe and trusted environment can support you on this journey.
